No Video from Network Camera ! Please HELP ME

hi to all, I'm a new user of Zoneminder, and I try to make it work with my 2 netcamera.
I found these in my log

Offcourse, no image in zoneminder tab..

I'm not a lucky man...

My network camera is a Level One FCS-1020.
I think problems are locate in the settings.
My camera ports listenning:
80 for video and administration setting.
4321 for video output.

When I try to add new monitor in ZM,wath I have to put in Remote host name and in remote path?
