PTZ on Onvif Digoo DG-ZX40

Hello, I managed to add an ONVIF Digoo DG-ZX40 camera.
But how do I do for PTZ?
I have enabled them, but they don't work.

What should I enter in the various fields?
I have tried several combinations, but I have not succeeded!

in the address field, it should be username:password@ipaddress

The Control Device might need some unique profile token which should have been reported by the ONVIF probe.
