Cheap baby monitor / nanny-cam

Looking for a zoneminder compatible wifi or ethernet cam that I can mount up in the corner of a room. Doesn't have to be fancy, no need for pan-tilt, just has to work in low light.

Anyone have something that's worked well for them?
