Has the Panasonic PV-GS300 3.1MP 3CCD MiniDV Camcorder been tested to work with ZoneMinder? How do I configure zoneminder to recognize this cam?

Raspberry pi 2 model B with installed zoneminder, mariaSQL and PHP 7.1 -- this appears to work as I have access to zoneminder configuration.

The camcorder connects to the pi where jpeg / mpeg may be captured using other app, but that's impractical, hence zoneminder.

Please let me know of the needed configuration and thanks!

It's likely going to be similar to a webcam. Some /dev/video or similar. When you connect the camera, what does dmesg say?
