Problem with video "tracking"

I have a Hauppage 64900 that is working fine in Linux except for the fact that the "tracking" or vertical sync is off. The image is cut off on the top and the top is moved down to the bottom, like old school VCRs would do when your tracking was off. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Sooo. Never mind, I'm an idiot. In case someone else has this issue it happens when you leave your video standard as default or undefined instead of setting it to ntsc.
