Hardware needed

Hi,
I'm planning to build a proxmox server with the following config to use PfSense and ZoneMinder:
I3 8300
Gigabyte B360M
8 GB DDR4 2666MHZ
2 Intel 1Gbit LAN PCIe card.
I've already got 3 Reolink 4MP and I'm planning to buy 5 reolink 5MP cameras.
I will be recording 24/24 7/7 and saving data for a week.
I'm not planning to use a monitor.
If I put 6GB and 2 cores 2 threads / 3 cores 3 threads in proxmox
Will it be enough?
