Linux based PTZ camera/s

I am searching and having trouble finding Linux based PTZ cameras.
Specifically, I'm looking for one or more makes/models of consumer grade PTZ cameras between $40 and $100 that have fairly decent resolution and which run a Linux OS that I could access. I cannot use wireless cameras so am looking for Ethernet based ones.
I want to add a small binary onto the operating system then either use the camera stand alone or with ZM.
Wondering if I could get some leads.
