I am, so far, happy with the TrendNet IP-314PI, which is 4mp, and IR, and they say it's IP66 rated, though mine are all indoors. The cables all route back through the mounting foot, so...

It has *really* impressive fast AGC; it's hard to blare it out from a bright spot.
