Medium FOV & POE?

Hi all, camera selection sure is daunting. I need a couple of compatible cameras to cover an indoor soccer field. I need POE plus something on the order of a 40-50 deg field of view (or 40-45mm 35mm equivilent). The typical wide-angle cams aren't going to cut it. I don't care about other fancy features and would prefer it NOT have gobs of IR... just a waste of power in my situation. Cost - hopefully < $200 or so...

Anyone with any suggestions?
