Looking for good outdoor PTZ < $300

Looking for good outdoor PTZ < $300

Anyone have any recommendations for a good outdoor PTZ camera for under $300? I live in Wisconsin and temps might get down to 20-30 below sometimes. I don't find many cameras that will work at those temps. And of course it has to be compatible with ZM. Any recommendations?
