Outdoor IP camera recommendation

I'm looking to replace my old analog camera with a hard wired IP camera.
There seem to be quite a few on amazon/ebay, but what do I need to be looking at for compatibility with ZM.

Also, my setup will be about 5m to the edge of the drive, where it will need to cover a width of about 7m minimum.
Any idea what angle/lense I need for this - the sample images on a couple of cameras I've looked at look far too narrow. I don't really want to spend any more than £100, and the nearer £60 the better? Given I only want to go 5m I'm assuming the IR illumination on a cheaper camera should be good enough, I think the main this is probably the lens/viewing angle? Has anyone got experience of anything like this, or the ones below?

Some possibles:
6mm - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Wireless-wire ... 4601af8584

This one seems to say that 6mm = 39 degrees. Does that sound right?

Or this one says 78 degrees, even though it is still a 6mm lens? But the sample pics look narrower than that?
