How much hardware I need to process ~250 fps with detection?

Hi, I need to know how much HW I need to get work
ZM Release 1.24.2

16 IP cameras at 15 fps 1600x1200

with motion detection and recording "mocord".

I was thinking in a :

CPU AMD Phenomâ„¢ II X4 Quad-Core Black Edition 965 3.4GHz 4x128kBL1 4x512kBL2 6MBL3 140W socket AM3

with
8 GB DDR3 memory
6 TB hardisk


but I don't know if is it enought .
