HTTP Error when adding attachments

Hi - I can't seem to add an attachment.
I am trying to add an attachment to an existing thread (mine) but regardless if I drag and drop or use the "Add files" button, I get a dialog box that just says "Error" as the box title and then "HTTP Error".
Is there something else I need to do to add an attachment?
