Xenial build is not in PPA

The documentation
installation guide states to add a PPA to download ZoneMinder. However, the
iconnor/zoneminder PPA does not have a build for Xenial. The wiki
states the same incorrect information.

I think it is a temporary issue caused by accidentally publishing the next update package to that PPA while it is still being tested. Just taking a while to reverse the mistake and resume normal service.
