We recently have had some major spam issues, as a result I have been pruning users pretty harshly (16000 to 9000 users). Most of these are accounts with 0 posts and not active in 2016, should this have affected your account it was not personal. I am also on the lookup for posts that are less obvious, such as signatures with links and posted with non useful content. If you see them report them and I will deal it.
