Cannot open Wiki's image files - redirects back to Welcome

Hello, is there a problem with the image links?

E.g. I am trying to open this image:
https://wiki.zoneminder.com/File:Mp4_roof_event.png

... which was "Step 1" on this page:
https://wiki.zoneminder.com/How_to_expo ... t_as_video

But I get redirected back to the Welcome page:
https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Welcome
