Just a title change to

ZoneMinder 1.23.x (beta/testing version)
ZoneMinder 1.22.x (stable version)

What were your thoughts?

I changed the annoucement thread title In the 1.23.x topic. Phil would have to change the file name as I don't have access to make that kind of change. Sorry mate, best I can do.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have updated the forum comments which hopefully will make it a bit clearer.
