webcam from another computer in Zoneminder

Dear Team,
I am planning to connect a webcam to my PVR forntend, (AppleTV running Mythbuntu).

I have ZM server running on the PVR backend server (Mythbuntu) and already managing a couple of cams.

Is there a way for me to hook up this remote via usb connected webcam to the ZM install?

Any ideas are appreciated. Both comps are on the same subnet. 802.11N.

I have both MythTV and Zoneminder, but I haven't tried doing anything together...

However I have been watching this thread. Maybe one of these guys can help you...

A possible solution might be to install Motion on the "remote" computer. This would provide a simple webcam server that can be easily accessed by Zoneminder.
