will these methods of a router using web cams work with say a usb capture device like the cheap ones we all see of ebay? then you could have a low fps 8 channel network video server that'd be cool ;-)

Just ordered a USB easy cap 002 I know it will work with Linux and I have also ordered a asus wl500g now to see if I can get this router to use the device lol I now have a new chanenge ie the first open source router wish me luckL

Can you provide a tutorial with how you compiled Zoneminder on a router? I have an Asus RT-N16 running dd-wrt and would love to get ZM running on it.
