how has a example filter for me (Camera Frames)

Hi all,
i am testing with al filter but i cant get it right, i try serval settings but i only get old events.
what is have try til now,
i get,
some old events, not the last events.
what i want is,
i want to get info "per"monitor/camera if frames i higer then XXXX then show me the camera, somethinge like this
but then per monitor and showing also the new events i only get the old events in this filter nog from yesterdag or today.
