If you ask the seller and they don't reply, don't buy.

Your second link has a Conexant chip on it. I would still ask and make sure it is a bt878 though. Since it's a single chip card, you can expect about 2.5 fps if all four ports are used. It strongly resembles a card I have used before, I would suggest for any card you buy, if the bt878 chips don't already have a heat sink, add one to each bt878 chip.

Any chance you have the drivers for this card?

Drivers are available through their maintainers. We do not provide drivers here. Which card?

How can I set up the card as 77?

In a case like your, just buy a ZM supported card. Then the vendor can tell you the steps for that card. It can vary. Based on your level of knowledge at this time, I recommend spending the extra money for a Blue Cherry card that comes with instruction.

Maybe. Some work and some don't. A lot of it is trial and error. We have a business, so we tried a lot of cards. I have a large box of cards I will sell you cheap that do not work in Linux. Some will work per chip, but not the additional channels. There is a infamous 16 port 8 chip card that no one has ever gotten more than 8 channels on with Linux. (It also has bleed and crappy video.) Some just do not, and will never work on Linux. (The Geovision cards and clones are a good example) If you had posted a picture of a card I had tried (a lot) I would have said so, and stated the settings I used. If you can not afford to take a chance, buy a know card. The card you pictured has a good chance of working, but I just don't know for sure.
