The FLIR T4350BNBW and T4325BNBW are identical in software, only difference is field of view (50°or 25°). The camera is ONVIF Profile S compliant, uses firmware is from Dahua.

In the Camera settings, I configured the Video for the "Sub Stream" as follows:
Code-Stream Type: Continuous
Encode Mode: H.264H
Resolution: VGA (640x480)
Frame rate(FPS): 5
Bit Rate Type: VBR
Quality: 2
Reference Bit Rate40-768Kb/S
Bit Rate: 128
I Frame Interval: 10

I'm using the following settings in ZoneMinder:
Source Type: Remote
Remote Protocol: RTSP
Remote Method : RTP/Unicast
Remote Host Port: 554
Remote Host Path: cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1&unicast=true&proto=Onvif
Target colorspace: 8 bit greyscale
Capture Width (pixels): 640
Capture Height (pixels): 480
Use RTSP Response Media Url: Checked

The thermal sensor is an older style Lepton core. The cameras has a thermal palette of White-Hot and thermal auto-ranging. So there is no way to determine the actual temperature of an object, the hottest object in frame (or in the "Region of Interest", if configured) will always be white, the coldest will always be black.
