Hi!

I can confirm that VStarcam C7824WIP works with v1.30.0 of Zoneminder. Here is some info about the camera:

HTTP management: http://<ip address>/
ONVIF URL: http://<ip address>:10080/onvif/device_service
RTSP TCP URL: rtsp://<ip address>:10554/tcp/av0_0
RTSP UDP URL: rtsp://<ip address>:10554/udp/av0_0
HTTP Source URL: http://<ip address>:80/videostream.cgi?user=<username>&pwd=<password>

I've used the HTTP source. Here are my settings:

Source Type: Remote
Remote method: Simple
Host path: /videostream.cgi?user=<username>&pwd=<password>
Target colorspace: 32 bit
Capture Width (pixels): 640
Capture Height (pixels): 320

RTSP source works too:

Source type: Ffmpeg
Source path: rtsp://<username>:<password>@<ip address>:10554/udp/av0_0
Remote method: RTP/Unicast
Target colorspace: 32 bit
Capture Width (pixels): 1280
Capture Height (pixels): 720
