Hootoo HT-HS003 - need help

I bought on amazon:

HooToo Security Camera with HD Video Streaming, Surveillance WiFi IP Camera, Baby / Nanny / Pet Monitor, PIR Night Vision Mode; Easy Setup, Support iOS / Android / Windows Devices

the manual says it's model HT-HS03 or HT-HS003. The web interface uses activeX for the video streaming, no info in the url as to where the links are going. There's a user login


Anyway get this camera working? If so help with the configs? If you can verify it does NOT work, please let me know so i can return.
