I got the iSmart C1006DN2-P outdoor IP cam working, so posting here in case it can help someone else.

Source path: rtsp://root:root@<IP-ADDRESS>:554/video0.sdp
Remote Method: RTP/RTSP

41 dollars on eBay for an outdoor 1.0M POE ip cam; you can't beat that!
