I got these Linear IP cameras to work using the following settings:

Source type: remote
remote protocol: RTSP
remote method: RTP/RTSP
remote hostname: IP address of camera
remote host port: 554
remote host path: snl/live/1/[1-3]

The last digit of the host path chooses which stream you want. The camera provides 3.

It would seem that most (if not all) of their camera use these options.
