Adding to Wiki

Ok, I thought I had it but I am not sure I am doing this right. I want to add a page for the FI9803P. I wrote one under my talk but not sure if that is the right place and if so how to link it back. Any guides to help with this?

you can follow the link to the maker of Wiki in the bottom right of the Wiki pages... they have instructions on editing/creating pages
