This is sold by Argos in the UK and appears to be a rebadged Foscam or clone.
It seems to work best with snapshot.cgi rather than videostream.cgi. I haven't experimented with the pan and tilt controls yet, but I've used the native interface and I can see it calling decoder_control.cgi so I suspect the Foscam clone control scripts will work.
Remote hostname format is user:pass@ip_address with remote host path of /snapshot.cgi.
Capture resolution is 640x480.
