Its not too bad at all. The price is great and its very small. the case is built well.
I have been doing some research and this company DCL seams to be the same manufacture of the foscam cameras

little to no features
cant set a static IP address thru the camera. It has to be done in the router.
default port is 81 that cant be changed
no branding or manufacture
hard wire only
only works in 320x240
no reset button to manufacture setting (but there isnt much you can change anyway)
very clear night vision
very cheap about $65
