You're going to have to figure out how to mux the video and mic on the Pi and then stream it to ZM.

Just a note. I have yet to get a working system upgrading UB from any version previous to 18.04.
Just start from scratch and install the LAMP / LEMP stack.

ZM1.32.3 from zoneminder-1.32 repo, UB1804, LAMP, NFS event share. Got my first multi-server setup running :D Let's call them zm1 & zm2 When viewing (live) a monitor setup on zm1 from the link on zm2, the page refreshes about every 3-5sec. A few of questions:
What video write method are you configured for?
Are there event files in the given event directory?
Is it random across multiple zm monitors?
Are you able to successfully and consistently stream the monitors?
What is your /dev/shm utilization?
Is this a single server?

I saw this when I used 264 passthrough and the camera dimensions settings did not match the camera's actual output.
Also make sure your cam is up to it's latest version of firmware.

Where is the stream replay buffer setting? I can't seem to find it.

Its on the Buffers tab of each monitor.
