Refreshes to http://

Strange on a v1.21.3 installation through a reverse proxy using https:// zoneminder refreshes to http:// The reverse proxy is accessing zoneminder unencrypted, but the browswer is accessing the reverse proxy via https:// Most likely related to when the main zoneminder window refreshes it shrinks the...

Zoneminder iPhone demo

I put this demo together based on some zoneminder capture directories. The PHP scripts scan the camera and event directories to build a view list. Would need some work to integrate but it would work standalone now pointed at the image directories. The PHP scripts support the playing of zoneminder di...

Well the iPhone does support multi-part jpg, but just not the version that comes out of zoneminder. I haven't had a chance to figure out why because it works on my MJPG stream camera and my own generated MJPG, but there is something about the way zoneminder does it, that fails to allow it to work. c...

iPhone

I'm very interested in iPhone support now that yoics supports remote access through the iPhone. I've used it on edge with the 9100 video server and it is quite reasonable, with wifi it is perfect. zoneminder though, doesn't work :( I've found through that sequential jpg grabs with keepalive works fa...

"check all" in event view

I just upgraded from 1.21.4 to 1.22.3 and in the event view
"check all" is not available anymore.

Anyone know why?

If you haven't patched your system with the MMX jpg libs try that. It reduced the load on my EPIA10000 system by about 40%

Wouldn't it be easier to just use the Yoics software for remote access? I've started using it on all my customers boxes since I don't have to modify there firewalls, and in some cases I cannot port forward at all. Its not 100% depending on the firewalls at each side of the connection, but it has wor...

thumbnail generation on event

I don't know if this would make a difference but it seems to for me. but I think the UI would be much more snappy if the thumbnail was generated at event time not view time. I open up an event window for the first time with 500 events, time its load. Then clear the browser cache and load the same 50...
