Many web dvr's have some fir;y nice looking guis... I wonder if you can put the video feeds into a nice looking web page...

How hard is it to make the background black and add an image to the default skin of zm?

I'm goint to test this this weekend on amy test system...

I'm sooooo glad that someone is putting focus on a nice gui....
maybe even interactive and intuative.
and java... maybe themable at some point yaya!!!!!!!!!

With a nice gui this app would revoloutionize the DVR/Secutiry world.

I wish that I had the talent to program in qt ot gtk.....
I'm a sysadmin and can script and do some basic lamp stuff..... I just have a big job and 2 kid so I have not free time (at this point) to educate myself in the ways of gtk.

maybe I'll try to set a few hours aside to start playing...

I like the way that a gtk gui interface was shot down as a bad idea and now 3 of the top 6 post in this section are about gui interfaces....

This poroduct will be soo much more viable with a nice client interface.

After getting the board in the mail I see that it is made by sasem.....
the only prodct that are known for is their hd usb tuners.. maybe I'll contact them and get some more info.
