Have you tried increasing the "Overload Frame Ignore Count" in the zone settings?

Set up 2 monitors for the camera. One high, one low res.; set high function to monitor, set low to MoDect and then link high to low. You're going to need to play around with this but it is entirely possible.

RPMs are reported to work with Fedora 20

Set the Post Event Image Count to 10 seconds (fps * 10; as in 10 fps times 10 seconds gives a value of 100). This will cure your problem.

Try changing the value for: "monitor::buffer::Alarm Frame Count" to a value of 4. I've never had to go that high (usually 2 or 3 stops this) but your example shows 3 consecutive false alarms.

Try deleting both monitors and repair database (instructions in wikii) then recreate monitors
