This is a different issue. zmNinja uses 20% as the minimum scale for each image - hence 20% * 5 = 100%, which is why you can't have more than 5 monitors across. This is more a function of ZM APIs. Which version of ZM are you using and what is the exact debug log error from zmNinja? Zoneminder does not have a windows port today and the work involved is non-trivial. You could experiment with things like coLinux, WineHQ etc to see how far they go, but they all involve running small or large fragments of linux on windows.
