Re: Debian Buster install procedure for Zoneminder 1.34.x

Worked here, upgrading from 1.33.16. I had to do this though. systemctl stop zoneminder killall /usr/bin/perl zmupdate.pl Remove the commend, for "User" under: /lib/systemd/system/zoneminder.service , and reload systemd daemon, else it would throw the following error.: Jan 22 12:56:25 zone...

Re: Zoneminder 1.33 configuring cameras

Motion detection is a b*** to get working properly.. Personally I gave up, and set it to mocord instead, which is an MUCH better option, in my opinion.
It will record, all the time, and still preserve the "detection" events.

Re: Disk filling up

Is your question, why the disk fills up, or if the filter is not working ?

I have mine set to "-N day" NOT "-n days" , not sure if this makes a difference.
Secondly, I have mine set to "alarm frames, less than or equal to"

Re: Fail to start after ugprade from 1.32

I've fixed it.. I've got these errors, at some point, and increased it to 1024: ImageBufferCount 550 is too small. Needs to be at least 553. Either increase it or decrease time between keyframes Tried to lower it, to 550, and now it works, but with the above error. Increased it to 560, now error see...

Re: Help with File source type

File type only works on jpeg I think. What you might want to do is use ffmpeg input type and use a file:// url in the source. The source type "file" is apperently not working, but this works for me as well, but now I just got spammed by this in the logs. Date/Time Component Server PID Lev...

Re: Cameras no longer showing FPS

Upgrade to 1.33.14 and see what happens. That is currently not really option for me at this time, I was wondering, if there was some sort of hack that I could create directly to the code.   Seems, that the mootools-core.js sends without https, but only as http. Part of googles...

Re: Can only reach Apache test page with fqdn

Sorry, I have a little hard understanding your setup, but..

Have you tried, to change an host file, on a local computer, so the fqdn, points to internal ip, to see if this works ?
It might help narrow down the issue, where the problem is.

Re: Hikvision Buffers

My hikvision, is set as follows, where as is saves the "stream", when it detects an event, with 150 images, before and after the event. Also make sure when, there is motion detection, that the CPU utilization is not 100% saturated on all cpus/cores, then it will skip frames. Image Buffer S...

Re: Cameras no longer showing FPS

Any suggestions ?

It's worth noticing, im running an reverse proxy infront of it, where the SSL certificated, and then forwards as normal plain tcp traffic.

This was working fine, with the older 1.30 versions.
