Interlacing is a problem indeed. You can however set your monitors to half PAL (384x288) instead of half NTSC (320x240).

Remember to restart Zoneminder after changing resolutions.

This should work. You can try is by entering the address of a zoneminder monitor on a second zoneminder installation.

What typ of cameras are connected? Analog or digital?

If the cameras are analog you could split the signal and feed these into a PC with a capture card and running ZoneMinder.
