Re: [SOLVED] Monitoring high resolution/high fps feed
Instead of changing /tmp did you try changing PATH_SWAP to /dev/shm?

That is all I have been using.
This error has been sticking around between fresh installs and reboots.

Re: I Borked my Zoneminder
The database was definitely there. I do understand from BBudge that I'm on the edge, but not that far off the edge esp. if you are publishing instructions on how to use it. (IMHO) I'm still trying to get this to work and I'm willing to help. Can someone point me to where that stray socket reference ...

Re: I Borked my Zoneminder
OK - clean install for me as per above and install exactly from https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Debian_9_64-bit_with_Zoneminder_1.30.0_the_Easy_Way - alternative method. The only thing I did different was also take the quotes out of the paths /etc/apache2/conf-available/zoneminder.conf when makeing the ...

errors started appearing
This was a clean ZM Debian Stretch install as per the "alternative installation". It has been running for two days. I made the /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/zoneminder.conf fix and thought I had fixed the socket problem. I'm not getting more socket errors and ERR-zms.cpp/225 [Unable to authent...

Re: Configuration Check Debian and ZM 1.30
Thanks - I tried to back out Sid packages even though I knew I was doomed to failure. It was good practice. I did a clean install of RC2 again with your alternative procedure and everything is running clean except for some weird errors in the logs that I'm going to dig into. My other backups stayed ...

Thanks - Any comments on my configuration above? I have never used apt-pinning before.

Re: tuning, load looks OK, still getting Buffer overrun at index
how about the post here: https://forums.zoneminder.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=25896#p99172 "My recommendation is to change PATH_SWAP to /dev/shm if you have avaliable RAM for it. The advantage is that RAM is faster to write to than hard drive." I have not tried this as I'm waiting for ca...

Re: Reolink RLC-410 Data Streams
One thing I found playing with this camera is that ONVIF works but the camera has to have both a user name and password set. It would not work with "admin" and a blank password which is default.

Configuration Check Debian and ZM 1.30
Hi All - I'm new to Zoneminder. First, a thanks for such a great project and all of the work of this community. I appreciate it and hope I can contribute.
