Can setup alarm fps but no different resolution, would be a great feature request.

try this setup variant and restart, see how it goes.

I had the same problem with the 8800, different sources but getting the same image stream. It fixed it self after restarting ZM but I see that restarting doesn't help you. Different card and slightly different problem, don't know where to go from here, sorry.

For my Firefox I had to change
Options -> High b/w -> WEB_H_VIDEO_MAXFPS to 5

Did you check the folder permissions?
The web server's user should be able to read, execute and write those paths.
