In your options on the High B/W tab, change WEB_H_CAN_STREAM from "auto" to "yes" and WEB_H_STREAM_METHOD to "jpeg", save it and try again. Be sure to be using "Configured for HIGH speed" on your console.

Which version of ZM are you using? and on which distro? Is your card auto detected or you're using some config? Yeah, they're pretty cheap and work very nice qith ZM, look out for the updated control script, so you can pan/tilt it better, and also turn on/off the infrared leds when you need it.

I don't know if you get a stable wireless connection, but in my experience, they work better wired.

Depends on the camera resolutions and the type of feed.

What do you have in mind? standard 640x480, or megapixel cameras?

Also don't forget to attach heatsinks to the chips, or your card will fail pretty soon.

Are you using the same settings for your capture card? Or are you letting the system auto detect it?

That could be the problem.
