How is your 'Source' setup? Mine is;

Thanks Flash The URL does not work in FF. It asks for Quicktime (in its dreams). I can access the /image.jpg setting in IE8 so I will try later with ZM.

The first camera uses a H.264 MPEG 4 video stream, I think so it may be a bit more complex.
