are you ment to be running NTSC or something else?
i get the same when i fiirst set a box up because ZM always sets NTSC when i need PAL

also it may have to do with your modprobe.conf settings

yes the changes are shown via ipcs -l after the echo'ed changes i even edited the sysctl. file so the changes were set after a reboot. as said it seems no matter how much memory change is done , the result stays the same ie unable to set monitor res higher then 384x288 error below Jul 31 16:51:58 zm...

well first off downloaded and installed ZMLinuxOS live. quick edit of modprobe.conf to set card to same has i had working under ZM 1.23.3 on suse 10.1, no big problems working stable and a nice low load on the system. Main problem is monitor size it will only run if i set size to 384x288 , why ? und...

just thought you would get a larger test base if a livecd was an option , as a lot of people wont have the linux skills to proform a compile and upgrade. i would myself but dont want to update my working system to 1.23.x ...just in case, so i'll await the feedback on the 1.23.x thread before i do so...

It looks 99% like one i tried last week , seems to have a heat issue as it locks up or screws up the displayed video feed. You may have more luck than i did, but i should say i was (going to at a later date) going to fit some Heatsinks on the card chips and try and cool it down a tad. but at the mom...

15 d plug for power and cam setup , but just need the power pins on this plug to try and fire the cam up for testing .

any info would be helpful as i belive the cam is working just cant test it :(

you should be able to use this card with no problem.
you may have to read a few posts regarding the 8 Cam setup but it's not to hard to do.
