Under Centos it is in /usr/local/etc/zm.conf

But I don't know that making this change after ZM is installed will help. When I had the incorrect apache user/group during install I was getting error messages.

I have the same problem with Centos 5. I had a working install with ZM 1.23.3 but this problem cropped up after upgrqading. Anyone know the cause and/or solution. SELinux is disabled.
