I set it to 50, for all cameras, that does not give any positive result...

I see... how can i know what keyframe interval is? I don't know much about it, but Isn't it like 2 or something?

And it takes 6 minutes after restart to go back to 98% used memory...

Recent update, and i am having this:

I don't want to say that very loud yet, to not give false hopes... But i think after one of recent updates issue was fixed. It is already a while when I do not observe excessive memory usage... Sometimes it is more, sometimes less, but not all server memory, as it was before...

Can someone guess, when i have restarted zoneminder?

Ok, probably file system was overfilled by zm logs, deleted log file, disabled debug log, seems to be ok now...

After 2 updates (v1.36.24), Zoneminder still "eats" memory , must restart it to go from f.e. from 82% to 13%...

Okay you are writing jpegs... I had a case yesterday where a machine was not keeping up due to writing jpegs. Are there warnings in your logs? Is the timestamp keeping up? I'll set one of my cams to jpegs and see if I can reproduce it. Which exactly log file should i check? But anyway, there is not...
