I can confirm that on my RPi4 with Buster Lite and ZM 1.36.0, changing Video Writer from Disabled to Camera Passthrough was all that it took to cure the NaN issue. "Save JPEGs" apparently can be any setting (I had "Frames and Analysis Images" selected for all of the tests above)....
