I tried to setting sensitivity in zone section --> preset but when I change value to medium, high, low or other it not set and return to "choose preset".
How can I solve this problem?

What camera are you using? ONVIF does not always work. One sure bet is to get the cam working in VLC then use those settings in Zoneminder. Be aware that the resolution set in Zoneminder has to match the camera output. In VLC I see that my cam is H265 1920 x 1080. I think that the problem is H265. ...
