Playing around with my system, and saw that the automatic purge is not working. so turned on the log's to debug. I hope i solved it.
I just deleted the logs, created the files again with the right rights. and no new errors are comming up.

Hello, I installed fresh with this tut https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Debian_10_Buster_with_Zoneminder_1.34.x_from_ZM_Repo Nginx server.
