Reduce your FPS. 10 is rather high. I'm running at 5 (and this is probably higher than needed). This is the solution that worked. 1.34 didn't have vaapi encoding. Only software, so.. Fair enough... though I know I had something on my Optional Encoder Parameters section and that really shrunk down the size of the files.... and it being so long ago that I set it up, I may therefore be half remembering.
