I had the same issue on 1.34 on a docker container holmes fix above fixed it as well

I have Zoneminder1.32.3 the API appears to be working best I can tell. I can play events that get recorded. I cannot watch the live stream though. This occurs on both the phone and windows application. I can play video inside chrome on both. Here is the section of log I see but I dont really see any...

I fixed the event playback issue by looking closer at how the Freenas plugin was built. In the plugin it was mounting the default storage to /var/db/zoneminder/events so to get it to use the pool I wanted to store the events I mounted my "camerastorage" pool to "/var/db/zoneminder/eve...

I am setting up zoneminder on FreeNas they have their own plug-in version and it seems to be mostly working.
