Updated again last night to 1.35.18-20210218192553-bionic and this fixed it.

I just ran an update and Zoneminder 1.35.18 with today's date installed but still not working. I went back a few days and the saved events are fine so it seems that the update caused the issue.

Figured it out working again. The php.ini file had no time zone entry. Not sure how that changed.

This was working fine until the update happened Monday or at least Monday is when I ran Update Manager. I was running version 1.33. I did not update from something before 1.33. I re-ran the steps for Apache setup just to be sure. Like I said Zoneminder seems to be running fine just no WEB interface....

Also on the live camera feed the Pause button isn't working

Not sure exactly when but within last week or so the camera event buttons stopped working, Stop/Play still work. Next/Rewind/Step Forward/Fast Fowad/Prev don't work.
