version 1.31.47. Proxmox - lxc. The same thing happens. Fixed this in rc.local:
sleep 3
/usr/bin/zmstats.pl &

# without sleep 3 don't work

yes, zmstats.pl is not running.

I see the same thing. It uses lxc to proxmox. After upgrading to 1.31
